These things matter. Movement can help you feel more capable, more connected, and more at home in your own skin.
Maybe you’re starting. Maybe you’re finding your way back. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

A little about me
HI, I’M KYLEE.
I’m still becoming, too.
I started my fitness journey in 2020 wanting to lose weight. Nearly 100 pounds later, what I treasure most is what movement made possible.
Playing on the floor with my daughter. Picking her up. Riding a bike. Participating in my own life.
Today, I’m a group fitness coach and exercise and movement consultant. I bring lived experience, clear coaching, and encouragement to people finding their own way forward.

03 / My approachYour movement. Your choice.
LESS GUILT. MORE FREEDOM.
You don’t have to earn your food. Movement isn’t punishment. Rest doesn’t need to be justified. You don’t have to earn your food. Movement isn’t punishment. Rest doesn’t need to be justified.
Exercise can become tangled up in rules—burning off what you ate, pushing through exhaustion, or believing a workout only counts if it leaves you drained.
I help people question those expectations and explore a more flexible relationship with movement, with room for enjoyment, challenge, and rest.
Love a hard workout? There’s room for that. A walk, a stretch, a playful afternoon, or a day off? There’s room for that, too.
A conversation about you: your history with exercise, what you enjoy, what feels difficult, and what you want to make room for.
Together, we explore rigid rules, guilt around rest, and the pressure to always push harder. We identify movement you enjoy and practical steps that fit your interests, goals, and everyday life.
Ongoing support packages are taking shape. Let’s talk about what you need.
The energy. The encouragement. That moment you realize you have a little more in you. I love what happens when we move together.
I teach indoor cycling, Reformer, strength training, stretching, mobility, and gentler group movement. Expect clear cues, adaptable options, and support to find your effort.
Starting from zero? I’ll help you build confidence and find your footing. Already fit and ready to push what’s possible? I also coach high-intensity workouts that challenge your strength and endurance. There’s room for both.
Based in North Phoenix, I also teach in Carefree and Scottsdale.
Come as you are. Feel welcome, challenged, and connected.
05 / Room for each otherGood things happen together
MOVE. CONNECT. BELONG.
A bike ride can become a friendship. A walk can make space for a conversation.A bike ride can become a friendship. A walk can make space for a conversation.
I’m building a community where women can move together, try things, encourage each other, and feel like they belong.
Group hikes, bike rides, and pop-up workouts in the park are part of what I’m working toward. I’d love for you to be part of it.
Movement. Motherhood. Body image. Self-trust. Making room for yourself.
What I’m learning through coaching and my own life: the things that help, the things that feel hard, and the moments that remind me why movement matters.
